Cardinal Construction works with all the major insurance companies for fire, water, flood, storm and earthquake damage claims. We help you from the initial clean up through the repair and restoration of your property. We use the insurance company’s approved estimating program and pricing, and we are familiar with their paperwork requirements. We work with your insurance company to get you back into your home as soon as possible during a difficult time.
Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI)
Apple Computer hired Melanie as Project Manager for the design build of their first retail store at Valley Fair shopping center in San Jose, CA. She went on to proudly oversee the detailed aspects of building the first 27 Apple stores.
Lockheed chose Cardinal Construction to build several facilities to house millions of dollars in specialized equipment for research and development projects. The construction project included many customized features specially suited to the site, weather conditions and equipment usage. Cardinal Construction remains on Lockheed’s list of preferred contractors.
State Parks of California has put Cardinal Construction on a list of select contractors for projects in California State Parks. Locally, you can see the redwood decks, stairs and other improvements we built for the Ranger Stations at Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz, CA.
